Ian McKeever

Ēagduru, the Old English word for window, evokes the idea of a portal - both a means of looking out and a threshold for passing through.This concept is embodied in a series of diptychs, combining photographs and paintings mounted on wood panels to offer a spatial experience. Through this blending of mediums, McKeever examines the boundaries between space, depth, and light, challenging the viewer’s perception and response.
