In Conversation: Coral Woodbury & Catherine McCormack: Coral Woodbury: Revised Edition

HackelBury hosted an  In Conversationon 14 March, 2024 at 6:30pm for a Revised Edition opening between Coral Woodbury and Catherine McCormack.

Revised Edition, features new work by Coral Woodbury from three series, all inspired by the form and substance of the book - Revised Edition, Broken Spine and In Place. ⁠Woodbury uses recurring motifs such as ashes, palimpsests, and remnants of material culture to evoke themes of absence and memory, and bridge human connection across time. ⁠

The 'In Conversation' was led by Catherine McCormack, author of Women in the Picture: Women, Art and the Power of Looking, a polemic about patriarchy, feminism and art history.
