Presented here are historical images and archival newspaper clippings reflecting on Big Bambu, the landmark rooftop installation by Doug & Mike Starn at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and its significance at the time of its realisation.
The exhibition, A Tragedy of Infinite Beauty, featuring new works from their series Under the Sky and Everything Is Liquid, will be on view at HackelBury until 28 February 2026.
